If God Sent You a Note

God’s Word consistently tells you how much He cares about you. That He is with you. I think if He sent you a note today, it would look like this …

Good morning, my precious daughter.
It’s a new day today. I created it for you! I painted the sunrise and lifted it over the horizon to remind you that there are good things waiting for you, and I will be with you every single moment. I want to give you everything you need to experience joy and hope and peace.
Let’s experience today together, OK?

When good things happen to you, I will celebrate with you and shout out, “Yes! Way to go!”
When the tears come, I will wipe them away and whisper words of hope in your ear.
And if the sadness and frustration get overwhelming, know that I am sitting right next to you, holding your hand.

I see you trying to make sense of life. Trying to make things better for the people you care so much about. You’re wondering when things will turn around. You’re trying so hard.
I don’t miss a thing about your life, and I care about every single bit of it.

You’ve probably heard these words before, or you’ve read them in the messages I gave you in The Good Book, but just to remind you …
I never expected you to carry the weight of the world on your shoulders. That’s my job.
You don’t need to try and fix everything. Let me take care of your worries.

I have promised you that I will never leave you. It’s a promise I will always keep.
I have promised you that I have good things planned for you. It’s also a promise I will keep.
Remember what I told you? I am leaving you with a gift – peace of mind and heart. And the peace I give is a gift the world cannot give. So don’t be troubled or afraid. (John 14:27)

Open your eyes, sweet daughter of mine, and see the blessings I’ve put on your path today. Just for you.

Whatever comes your way, I am with you. There will never be a moment when I am not right beside you, seeing exactly what is going on in your world, caring about every single detail.

You are not alone. You are always on my mind.
Today is my gift to you.
It brings my presence and provision. It surrounds you with my peace and hope.

You have today. It is my precious gift to you.
