I’ve been praying about another way to tuck a little encouragement into your day.
Another place where we could meet up for a few minutes and remember that God is still at work in our real, everyday lives.
Well…I finally pushed past my comfort zone and did it.
I’ve started a YouTube channel.
(Cue the confetti and a picture of my very nervous face!)
When I sit down to record these videos, I picture you.
The woman who’s hanging in there through a hard season.
The woman who’s celebrating a good one.
The woman who’s trying to figure out what it looks like to keep walking with Jesus in our everyday life.
Most of the videos are only three or four minutes long, just enough time for a real-life story, a smile, and a fresh reminder that God is still at work in the middle of our celebrations and chaos.
By the way …
If you enjoyed yesterday’s note about being called a “little old lady,” you’ll find that story waiting for you on my channel too.
I know.
We’re all still recovering.
Here’s the deal.
This YouTube adventure is brand new, and I’m learning as I go.
Some people seem to know exactly what they’re doing on camera. I am currently in the “press the record button, hope for the best, and wonder why I suddenly forgot how to be a normal human being” stage.
But I’m having a wonderful time, and I’m genuinely excited about this new way for us to connect!
If you’d be willing, I’d love for you to stop by, watch a video or two, and let me know what you think.
Thank you for being part of this community. Whether you’ve been reading my notes for years or just recently joined us, I’m so glad you’re here.
I think my videos will encourage you to walk a little lighter, trust a little deeper, and laugh a little more often. Enjoy!
With gratitude,
Gaye
